Digital delivery

All items in our shop are digital downloads (PDF). No physical item is shipped.

Download links are emailed immediately after purchase (and may also appear on the order confirmation page).

After checkout, you can get your downloads in any of these ways:

Order confirmation page (immediately after purchase)
- Look for a Download button/link on the thank-you page.
Email delivery
- Shopify sends an order confirmation email to the address used at checkout.
- The email includes a Download link/button (or access instructions).
- If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check Spam/Promotions folders.
Your customer account (if you created one)
- Go to our store → Account → Orders → open your order → download files.

If you still can’t find your downloads, contact us and we’ll help quickly.

Still no luck? Email us with:

your order number
the email used at checkout
and we will resend your download link or provide an alternative access option.

In some cases, download links can be blocked by browser settings or email apps. Try:

If it still fails, we’ll reissue a fresh link.

Our patterns are delivered as PDF (and sometimes ZIP if there are multiple files).
Make sure you have a PDF reader installed (Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview on Mac, etc.).
If it’s a ZIP, unzip it first.

Because digital products are delivered instantly, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges after files have been downloaded.

However, we do help in these situations:

you can’t access your files due to a technical issue (we’ll resend / reissue links)
you accidentally purchased the same design twice (we’ll resolve it)
you purchased by mistake and haven’t downloaded the files yet — contact us as soon as possible and we’ll review your request

Use the files for personal use
Print the pattern for your own use
Stitch the design and gift the finished piece
Sell a limited number of finished, stitched items made by you (small handmade scale), provided that:
- the item is handmade by you (not mass-produced)
- you credit the design as: “Design by Hooh.la Studio (hooh.la)” where possible (listing description, tag, or packaging)

Share, redistribute, resell, trade, or “gift” the digital files (PDF/ZIP) in any form
Upload the files to any website, drive, social group, file sharing platform, or “pattern library”
Copy, reproduce, translate, digitize, or create derivative charts/patterns for resale or distribution
Use the designs for mass production, print-on-demand, manufacturing, or commercial licensing without written permission
Claim the design as your own
Use the files/designs to train AI models or generate competing pattern files
