Refund policy

1) Digital products only (no physical shipping)

All items sold on this store are digital downloads (PDF files). No physical item is shipped, so there are no postal returns, no return postage, and no “damaged/lost in transit” claims.

2) Delivery & access

Download links are emailed immediately after purchase (and may appear on the order confirmation/thank-you page).

You can access your files via:

  • Order confirmation (thank-you) page right after checkout (look for a download link/button)

  • Order confirmation email sent to the email used at checkout

  • Customer account (if you created one): Account → Orders → open the order → downloads

If you can’t access your files, email iryna@hooh.la with:

  • your order number

  • the email used at checkout
    We will help you access the files (including re-sending links if needed).

3) EU consumers — right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are an EU consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales.

Digital content exception (EU)

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (such as PDF downloads), EU rules allow the right of withdrawal to be lost once supply/performance begins, only if:

  1. you expressly consent to immediate supply during the withdrawal period, and

  2. you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once supply/performance begins.

How this applies in our store:

  • If you choose immediate access and access/download begins, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost from that point for that digital content.

  • If you have not accessed/downloaded the files, you may exercise the withdrawal right within 14 days by emailing iryna@hooh.la with your order number.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

4) United States customers — online purchases

In the U.S., there is no general federal “cooling-off” right for purchases made entirely online. Refunds for online purchases are primarily governed by the seller’s stated policy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

5) Refunds & exchanges (digital downloads)

Refunds

Because digital files are delivered instantly, refunds are not available after the files have been accessed/downloaded, or once immediate supply has begun (EU digital content rule above).

We will review requests when:

  • you purchased by mistake and have not accessed/downloaded the files (contact us as soon as possible), or

  • you have a technical delivery/access problem (see below). In these cases we focus on restoring access (re-sending links / resolving file issues).

Exchanges

Digital files can’t be “returned” and exchanged like physical goods. If you want a different design, the fastest option is to place a new order. If you ordered the wrong item and have not accessed/downloaded the files, contact us promptly and we’ll review your request.

6) Non-returnable items

  • Digital files once accessed/downloaded, or once immediate supply has begun with your consent/acknowledgment (EU).

  • Custom-made/personalized products (if/when applicable).

7) Technical issues (download help)

If you have trouble downloading or opening files:

  • Check Spam/Promotions for the order email

  • Try another browser/device

  • Ensure you can open PDF files (or unzip a ZIP, if provided)

If it still doesn’t work, email iryna@hooh.la with your order number. We will help you access your purchase.
